AI-Strategic Node Framework (AI-SNF): Conceptual and Methodological White Book

This white book presents the AI-Strategic Node Framework (AI-SNF), a non-ranking analytical framework for interpreting structural AI-mediated strategic nodes in global technological and governance systems.

It conceptualizes strategic relevance as an emergent property of structural positioning and system-level dependence, and is intended for governance diagnostics and policy analysis. Version v0.1 is a foundational methodological release supporting future empirical applications, including the AI-Strategic Node Index (AI-SNI).
