Current Project

AI-Augmented Policy Advisory System for Multilateral Governance and Strategic Co-Evolution (AIPAMS)

AIPAMS is a next-generation advisory platform that leverages large language models (LLMs), multi-agent simulations, 4D temporal-spatial modeling, and quantum-inspired cognitive architectures to facilitate strategic foresight and multilateral negotiation. Built for diplomats, policy analysts, and international institutions, AIPAMS enables real-time scenario analysis, policy impact forecasting, and cross-border dialogue simulation across sectors such as climate governance, trade negotiations, AI regulation, and security cooperation.

By combining 4D systems thinking (incorporating data, time, context, and spatial interaction) with quantum cognitive models (e.g., strategic superposition, dynamic entanglement of interests, and non-linear decision pathways), AIPAMS goes beyond linear logic and static frameworks. It empowers users to navigate complexity, align stakeholder incentives, and co-evolve policy architectures in rapidly shifting environments.
